Hi, I’m Jahid, based in Calgary, Alberta. I’m a proud dad to a curious little boy who keeps me humble and laughing. Family means everything to me—that’s why I care so much about helping other families and business owners make choices that feel right and build real security.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked in the financial services industry, focused on the places where money meets real life—saving more of what you earn, protecting what matters, and investing with purpose. I’m especially devoted to supporting the Muslim community, removing barriers to halal investing, and showing that values and good planning can live side by side.
I earned the CFA® and CFP® designations to better help the people around me. My goal is simple: help Canadian business owners keep more of their hard-earned dollars and make decisions with clarity and confidence.
My Story
I grew up in a business-minded family. My dad ran a small shop, and I watched him fight to make every dollar count. He always looked for investments that matched his values. I remember sitting with him and his friends for hours, listening to their worries and hopes.
Those moments stayed with me. I care deeply about my family, my friends, and people in my community. That’s what pushed me to learn about taxes and values-aligned (halal) investing. I wanted to help people like my dad—people who work hard and want to do the right thing with their money.
I love to travel. Living in Calgary, I spend summer weekends in the Canadian Rockies—Banff, Kananaskis, Canmore, Lake Louise, and sometimes Jasper. Big mountains, fresh air, clear mind. The Rockies remind me to slow down, listen, and walk beside people at their pace—that’s how I try to help.
